There is no official public list of unlockable “fighting styles” in the checked Training Grounds description. What is verified is a six-action combat kit you can practice in three ways.
Direct answer: styles versus practice plans
Official: the public Training Grounds page lists Rush Combo, Finishing Blow, Evade or Quickstep, Guard, Lock On or Off, and Enter or Exit Combat.
Unknown: no official source checked here names Capoeira, tank, hybrid, rarity tiers, stat allocations, or style unlock costs. Those claims should not be treated as verified mechanics.
Defensive practice style
Enter combat with G, lock on with Space, and make F guard your default response. Use E to create space only after you can identify pressure visually.
This is a training approach, not a selectable in-game class. Its purpose is to learn survival before attempting long offense.
Balanced practice style
Alternate one M1 rush attempt with one defensive reset. Keep lock-on stable, stop attacking when the sequence is no longer connecting, then return to guard or spacing.
The official page does not publish frame advantage or combo limits, so the stop point must be learned in the live Training Grounds.
Pressure practice style
Use movement and lock-on to close distance, test an M1 rush, and reserve M2 as a finishing attempt rather than an opening guess.
Community guides describe similar pressure concepts, but exact optimal sequences remain unverified. Test against a consenting sparring partner and respect the roleplay community’s current rules.
